These Terms govern your access to and use of DTV DRAMA ("the Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content on devices you own for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • copy, download, modify, re-host, or redistribute any video, image, subtitle, or text;
  • circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or technical protection;
  • scrape, frame, mirror, embed, or otherwise reproduce the Service in whole or in part;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or train a machine-learning model.

3. Content

All series, episodes, posters, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. DTV DRAMA acts as a publisher and platform under licenses from those rights holders. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our DMCA Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to harass others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (CDN, analytics, push notifications). Those providers operate under their own terms.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Catalog titles may be added, removed, or geographically restricted at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTV DRAMA and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, with non-mandatory disputes subject to the courts where DTV DRAMA is established.
