The video won't start or keeps buffering.

Refresh the page first. If buffering persists, switch to a different network (mobile data vs Wi‑Fi), and make sure your browser is up to date. Our adaptive player automatically lowers quality when your bandwidth drops; you can also pause and let the buffer fill.

I see a black screen with audio (or audio with no video).

This is usually caused by an outdated browser or a corporate-network firewall blocking the video CDN. Try a different browser or device and add *.dtvdrama.com to your allow-list.

How do I change subtitles or audio language?

Open the player's settings (gear icon) while watching. Subtitle and audio tracks listed there are the ones provided by the rights holder for that title.

The "Continue Watching" position is wrong.

We save your position locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data or using private mode will reset it.

New episodes & notifications

How do I get notified when a new episode is published?

Click the bell icon in the bottom-right corner and choose Allow. We will send a single push notification per new episode of any series you follow. You can unsubscribe at any time from the same bell.

How often are new episodes added?

Ongoing series are updated within 24 hours of their official broadcast.

Why is a show I used to watch no longer available?

Streaming licenses are time-limited. Titles can be removed when our license with the rights holder ends.

Is DTV DRAMA free?

Yes — browsing and previewing every series is free, supported by occasional advertising.
